Payment Methods
We accept credit cards and PayPal payments.
License Key Delivery
For each software license, a unique license key will be generated and sent via E-mail within 48-hour. The license key is used to activate (unlock) the software for permanent use under the terms of End User License Agreement.
Registration Name
We issue personalized license keys for each customers. By default, license keys will be generated with the buyer's name or credit card holder's name supplied on the order. If you ordered a multi-user license, and would like to register it under your company's name, please kindly inform us immediately after your payment transaction was completed.
License Key Not Received?
To ensure that you receive all communications, please add 'wjjsoft.com' to your Safe Senders list. If you don't seem to receive any message from us, it might be worth to check your 'Bulk Mail' or 'Spam' folder, some email service providers will automatically file it in there; Otherwise please contact us, we'll be glad to help re-send your licensing information. If for any reason you'd like to change your address info in our user info database, please feel free to submit new address info here, and we'll keep it for future communications.
Upgrade Policy
Our upgrade policy allows customers to obtain minor software updates free of charge. If a major software release is out less than 12 months after your initial purchase, you will be entitled to receive the major version upgrade free of charge.
